Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly - Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies as needed - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders - Provide assistance during banquets or special events as required Skills: - Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a positive manner - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips - Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices - Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred - Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Brewing knowledge is an asset Join our team and be part of an exciting environment where you can showcase your bartending skills.
